Proper nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to looking and feeling your best. Eating the right foods at the right time makes all the difference in your ability to LOSE fruits and faces WEIGHT and GAIN MUSCLE TONE. My plan is a common-sense approach to weight loss and “clean eating”.  It is not a fad diet plan with pills, shots or calorie counting, bland food or elimination of entire food groups. This is a gradual approach which will get your taste buds accustomed to less sugar, salt, fat and preservatives. Your food cravings will greatly diminish.  You will learn tips on how to drink more water, and eat “healthy foods” so you can finally stop dieting.  You will lose weight and keep it off - without starving yourself!
